2021全年共售出12万套物业,继2016年后再次刷新该记录。2021年还创造了平均售价的历史最好成绩,比2020年上涨近20%。

在刚刚过去的12月份总计成交6031套物业,比2020年同期的历史最高点下降16%。12月新上市房源5174套,同比下降12%。

GTA地区12月份二手房平均售价同比上涨24%。其中905地区的独立屋,半独立和镇屋涨幅均在33%左右。

供不应求的市场状况贯穿了整个2021年,造成了年初年末两拨恐慌性价格暴涨。

历史经验告诉我们唯有增加市场供给而非压抑购买需求才能从根本上改善住房的可负担性。
