–     Apart from the City of Toronto, Mississauga experienced the highest sales, with 310 condos traded hands in February.
–     Condos sold the most expensive at Toronto Central, followed by Markham and Oakville.
–     Oshawa saw the highest growth, at 77%, for the average selling price over February 2021, and most areas saw a 30% and more annual price growth.
–     Condos in Brampton stayed on the market for merely four days on average before selling.
