Admission Requirements: 

OPTION 1: must have obtained a Canadian and/or US secondary school diploma or GED certificate. 

OPTION 2: Salesperson Program Admission Exam to applicants without a North America secondary school diploma or equivalent (WES).

Additional information


• You can only book an exam after you complete corresponding course (MUST go through all the learning material within the designated time frame or you are NOT allowed to book an Exam.)
• Courses and exams must be taken by the sequential order.
Ex: Complete course 1 and pass exam 1 to start course 2.
• You can NOT study multiple courses at once. 

Exam: 
  • Online Exam, must be booked at least 7 days ahead. 
  • Format: Online due to covid-19 
  • Minimum 75% to pass exams. 
  • $100 for each exam, $100 for retake. For each course, you can retake once or pay the whole course fee for more attempts. 
  • Exam 1: 2 hours, 75 questions. 
  • Exam 2: 3 hours, 115 questions, 
  • Exam 3: 3 hours, 115 questions, 
  • Exam 4: 3 hours, 115 questions.

Steps to Purchase and Book an Exam

You must complete Steps a) and b) to secure a seat for your exam.

a) Purchase an Exam

Check Exam Centre availability by selecting one or more Regions and a Month in Exam Centre Locations –>Search –> Find a Date where your preferred Exam Centre location is available –>Purchase an exam for this date and complete the purchase.

b) Book an Exam (Click here for detailed instructions)

Once purchase of the exam is completed, click on Learner Portal in the main navigation –> Click on My Exams –>Select an Exam Centre –> Choose an Exam Centre from the dropdown list –> Click Next –> Select the Date of the exam section –> Select a Timeslot –> Click on Book Timeslot.

Do I still need the Salesperson Program Admission Exam with a post-secondary diploma other than North America or with a notarization other than WES?

Yes, salesperson program admission exam will be the easiest way for admission qualification.

How to Drop or Reschedule Exam before Deadlines?

Learners can drop or reschedule an exam up to seven (7) days prior to the exam date; an administrative fee of $50.00 will apply.
Any drop or reschedule requests made less than seven (7) days in advance prior to the exam date are non-refundable. For more details, please visit: How to Reschedule an Exam Booking

How many times can I rewrite the Exam?

Learners are permitted one rewrite of a failed course examination. All rewrites require a learner to register for a new examination and pay an examination fee.
A second failure of the same course examination requires a learner to retake the applicable course before attempting the exam again and pay all fees.

How does Simulation Session works? What is included in a stimulation session?

Simulation is a 5-day group study course with a mandatory exam (Online due to Covid). Registration for all Simulation Sessions must be booked three days prior to the session. You must achieve a minimum of 75% to pass the Simulation Session. $50 is required for a Rewrite.

Session hours: Mon – Thu 9 AM – 5 PM, Friday: 9 AM – 2:30 PM.
Simulation Exam: Friday 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM.

Absent allowance is less than 420 mins total or retake the whole session.

Could I extend the program?

An extension may be requested by a learner who is at risk of not completing the Real Estate Salesperson Program within the allowable timeframe (24 months for the Pre-Registration Phase). Extension requests are only approved based on medical, psychological, or compassionate grounds.
