COURSE Overview

This one year paid training program is designed to increase the candidates professional real estate knowledge in many areas – ranging from maximizing listing opportunities, increasing profits and improving both hard and soft skills.
Both a new agent or a seasoned veteran will both benefit from this skills enhancing course.
 
The  one year course will cover at least 45 training sessions (2-3 hours each) and will rotate between morning and evening sessions to allow scheduling flexibility for the attendees. Two major courses each month will focus on : negotiation skills, listing presentations, buyer and seller scripts. Two sub-courses will focus on : real estate basics, title search/reports, staging tips, advertising, promotions etc.
