This one-year paid training program is designed to sharp one’s overall professional knowledge, improve hard /soft skills, and maximize listing opportunities and profit potentials. New agents to the business or seasoned veterans could benefit from this well-oriented training course, bringing their real estate career to the next level.
A one-time fee will be applied, covering no less than 45 training sessions (2-3 hours) on various real estate-related topics over a one-year time frame. One morning session and one evening session on identical topics are arranged to suit different needs. Two major courses per month will focus on: negotiation skills, listing presentation, buyer scripts, seller scripts, etc. Two sub-courses will focus on: real estate basics, title report/ title search, staging tips, understand coaching, advertising, and promotion, etc.
