In June, the average selling price of a detached home in Toronto was $1.65 million, representing a 0.4% year-over-year increase and a 2.3% increase compared to the previous month.

The average selling prices of townhouses and condominiums were $840k and $670k, respectively. Townhouse prices increased by 1.5% compared to the same period last year, while condominium prices declined by 9% year-over-year.

Sales of both detached and semi-detached homes declined slightly compared to May. Sales ratios for various property types all remained above 30%, with semi-detached homes reaching 52%.
