TRREB market statistics reported 5,995 home sales in the GTA during the month, a 0.9% decrease compared to the same period in 2025.
The average selling price in the GTA decreased 4.5% to $1.004M, down by $60k from June. The average days on market was 32. The average days on market increased by 3 days compared to June of this year.
The number of newly listed homes during the month was 14,484, resulting in a sales-to-new listings ratio of a buyer-favored 41.4%. The total active listings reached 26,098, representing a 12.1% year-over-year decrease.
